Melanie: Florian, you haven't eaten meat for a year, right? Florian: Exactly. For me it's mainly about the animals, I think factory farming is terrible. Melanie: I still eat meat, but much less than before, once a week at most. For me the climate matters more. Florian: Of course the climate plays a role for me too. Melanie: What annoys me is the expensive meat substitutes in the supermarket. Florian: I don't buy them at all, I'd rather cook with lentils and beans.
