What it is: You answer questions in a few words from the text. Some ask which phrase shows an idea: then you copy it.
The instruction on the paper: Contesta a las siguientes preguntas. → Answer the following questions.
La cocinera del barrio: Carmen abrió su pequeño restaurante en un barrio obrero de Valencia hace treinta años. No tiene carta: cada día cocina lo que encuentra en el mercado por la mañana. Sus clientes, muchos de ellos jubilados, pagan un precio simbólico, y quien no puede pagar come igualmente. Cuando le preguntan por qué no sube los precios, responde que un plato de comida no debería ser un lujo.
