En una línea: El artículo de revista informa, pero además quiere entretenerte: mezcla datos y color, se toma su tiempo y deja ver a un autor con voz propia detrás del texto.

Imagina dos textos sobre el mismo tema —el insomnio— uno al lado del otro.

El primero, una noticia, empieza así: “Un 30 % de los adultos españoles duerme menos de seis horas, según un estudio publicado ayer.” Frío, directo, al grano. El segundo abre distinto: “Son las tres de la madrugada y Marta vuelve a mirar el techo.” Ese segundo texto es un artículo de revista, un reportaje. No solo te informa: te engancha, te lleva de la mano y te acompaña. Fíjate en cómo lo consigue:

Dos rasgos que delatan un artículo de revista

Titular atractivo + entradilla

El titular no se limita a resumir el dato (‘Los españoles duermen poco’); busca intrigarte (‘La epidemia silenciosa de las tres de la madrugada’). Debajo, una entradilla breve te adelanta el tono y te invita a seguir leyendo. La noticia informa desde la primera línea; el reportaje primero seduce.

Anécdota de apertura y voz del autor

El texto suele arrancar con una anécdota o una escena concreta —una persona, un lugar, un momento— antes de dar el dato general. Y a lo largo del artículo se nota una voz de autor: opina, ironiza, se dirige a ti. Ese ‘yo’ visible es impensable en una noticia, pero es la marca de la casa del reportaje.

El paso clave: El movimiento clave es notar la doble intención: informar y entretener a la vez. Pregúntate cómo el autor te engancha (entradilla, anécdota, tono cercano) sin dejar de darte datos, y qué tipo de complicidad crea contigo como lector.

  • Que reconozcas la mezcla de datos y color.
  • Que interpretes cómo el autor te seduce sin dejar de informar.
La clave: El color no adorna el dato: comprueba qué te hace sentir antes de que llegue la cifra.
