Benedetta: Lo rifarei subito. Emanuele: Anch'io, senza dubbio.
Beatrice: I worked for three months in the marketing office of a fashion company. At first they only gave me photocopying, then they put me in charge of social media. Emanuele: I was at an architecture firm. For me too the first weeks were boring, but then I took part in a real project. Benedetta: The most useful thing was learning to work in a team. Emanuele: For me, instead, learning to handle deadline stress. Benedetta: I'd do it again straight away. Emanuele: Me too, without a doubt.

Chi dice che…? Due giovani cuochi
Read the four lines, play, tick one answer per line.
A. Ludovica B. Marcello C. Entrambi
A. Ludovica B. Marcello C. Entrambi
A. Ludovica B. Marcello C. Entrambi
- Chi dice che… vuole aprire un ristorante? A. Ludovica B. Marcello C. Entrambi
Ho studiato economia, figurati! Valentina: In cucina c'è molta pressione, soprattutto il sabato sera. Massimiliano: Verissimo, ma a me la pressione dà energia. Valentina: A me no, la sera torno a casa distrutta.
Ludovica: I started cooking at sixteen in my aunt and uncle's trattoria. There I learnt that cooking is above all discipline. Massimiliano: I, on the other hand, found this passion late, after university. I studied economics, imagine! Valentina: There's a lot of pressure in the kitchen, especially on Saturday nights. Massimiliano: Very true, but pressure gives me energy. Valentina: Not me, in the evening I get home exhausted. Massimiliano: Our dream, anyway, is the same: to open our own restaurant. Valentina: Exactly, maybe in five years.
