En pocas palabras: Un anuncio nunca te vende un producto a secas: te vende un sentimiento —libertad, pertenencia, estatus— y el producto es solo la forma de conseguirlo.

Un perfume no huele a nada en una valla publicitaria. Y aun así lo compras.

Fíjate en lo que hace de verdad ese anuncio: una playa al amanecer, alguien que corre libre junto al mar, una sola palabra —‘Respira.’—. No te está describiendo el olor: te está prometiendo una sensación. El anuncio es el tipo de texto que vende sentimientos, y aprende a apuntar justo a lo que tú deseas. Mira cómo lo consigue:

Dos señales que delatan un anuncio

El público al que apunta

Todo anuncio le habla a alguien concreto —un joven urbano, una madre agotada, un ejecutivo—. Lo notas en el ‘tú’ directo, en el vocabulario y en la imagen: el texto elige a su lector antes de venderle nada.

La promesa de un sentimiento

Bajo el producto siempre hay una emoción prometida: libertad, pertenencia, estatus o el miedo a quedarte fuera (el FOMO). El eslogan y los imperativos —‘Atrévete.’, ‘Únete.’— empujan hacia ese sentimiento, no hacia el objeto.

El paso clave: Nombra el sentimiento concreto que vende (promesa emocional) y muestra con qué recursos —eslogan, imperativo, ‘tú’ directo, imagen— lo despierta en su público.

Lo que cuenta

  • Que identifiques qué sentimiento vende y a quién.
  • Que muestres cómo imagen y palabras lo construyen juntas.
La clave: Nombra el sentimiento que vende: si no puedes, todavía no has leído el anuncio.
