Sub-processors
These are the companies that process personal data on Aimnova’s behalf. Nothing else receives it, except where the law compels us. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

International transfers
Some providers, or their own sub-processors, may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer requires a safeguard, Aimnova relies on an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism — such as an adequacy decision or approved Standard Contractual Clauses. The companies above engage sub-processors of their own — hosting and infrastructure beneath them. Those chains are maintained and published by each provider, and change on their schedule rather than ours, so we link to the current list instead of copying a snapshot that would go stale. Where a provider publishes one, it is linked beside its name.
Changes to sub-processors
This page is updated when the list changes. School customers who have entered into a data-processing agreement with Aimnova are notified of relevant new or replacement sub-processors in accordance with that agreement. To be told of changes, write to privacy@aimnova.app.
